2. Orders, Accuracy & Pricing
We strive for complete accuracy in product representations and prices. We fulfill physical products in partnership with international logistics providers, including our fulfillment and logistics partner. Applicable taxes and shipping costs are transparently itemized prior to payment authorization.
3. Shipping & Fulfillment
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Estimated transit times average 7–12 business days for the United States, 7–14 business days for the European Union, and 8–16 business days for other international regions. Transit times are non-binding estimates.
4. Returns, Withdrawals & Statutory Rights
Consumers in the EU/EEA enjoy a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of goods (Directive 2011/83/EU) and a 2-year statutory warranty of conformity for defective items (Directive (EU) 2019/771). 5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, United States.
