IntelWink respects your privacy and personal data rights. Under the Meta / Facebook Platform Policy and global data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA), you have full control over your data and may request complete deletion at any time.
Meta / Facebook Platform Compliance Notice
If you signed into IntelWink using Facebook Login, or interacted with our Facebook / Meta apps, Facebook does not provide your personal credentials to us. We only receive limited basic profile data (e.g. your name, email address, and Facebook User ID) necessary to facilitate account login, order fulfillment, and transaction communication.
How to Remove IntelWink Activities from Facebook
You can revoke IntelWink's access to your Facebook account and request deletion of your Facebook interaction data directly through Facebook settings:

1Open Facebook Settings: Log in to your Facebook account on your browser or mobile app. Click on your profile icon in the top right corner and select Settings & Privacy, then click Settings.

2Navigate to Apps and Websites: On the left-hand navigation menu under Permissions (or Account Settings), click on Apps and Websites.

3Locate IntelWink: Scroll through your list of connected applications or use the search bar to locate IntelWink.

4Remove Connection: Click the Remove button next to IntelWink.

5Confirm Deletion: In the confirmation pop-up window, check the box if you wish Facebook to delete past posts/events shared by IntelWink, and click Remove to confirm.

6Status Check: Once removed, you will receive a confirmation code on Facebook. You can also click View Removed Apps and Websites to check the status of your data deletion request.
How to Request Complete Data Purge from IntelWink Servers
If you wish to completely erase all customer records, order history, profile attributes, and social tokens stored on IntelWink servers, you may submit a direct deletion request:

Enter your registered email address or Facebook User ID below. Our data compliance officer will review your request and process complete deletion within 30 days.
What Happens After You Request Deletion?
Acknowledgment & Verification (0–48 hours)
Our privacy team verifies the identity of the account holder to prevent unauthorized data tampering and issues a unique Deletion Request Confirmation Code.
Purge Execution (Within 30 Calendar Days)
All authentication access tokens, profile records, marketing preferences, device fingerprints, and stored personal information are permanently wiped from active servers and associated cache systems.
Statutory & Regulatory Exceptions
Please note: Completed commercial transactions (invoices, tax summaries, and anti-fraud fraud detection logs) are retained strictly as required by applicable commercial accounting laws and financial regulations, after which they are systematically archived according to statutory retention schedules.
